My car wont shift to any gear

Please help!! I have a 1986 buick regal with a 5.0 and a th200. I was driving the car in low gear and tried to switch to drive and now it wont shift to any gear

sounds like the front pump or torque converter

yep, needs to be removed, inspected and re built
