I have a 1987 Ford F-150,won't shift out of low gear,takes off strong,accellerates good then free wheels instead of up shifting.after slowing down transmission re-engages back into low.kick down cable is attached and working properly,sensors are plugged in and have power and ground,I've changed fluid and filter.fluid is full but not over filled.whats going on?
