1990 Pontiac Sunbird mystry coolent hose/leak

So my 1990 sunbird LE was running fine(and i Know it had coolent) but when I cut the engine it begain to pour coolent over my driveway, ALL of it. So I got some water and filled up the resvior so I could watch where it was leaking from and I found a Small hose All the way in the back pretty far down and hard to reach, its right by, very near the firewall. when i put water in it All comes out Right away so i Cant bring this to the shop. i know Exactly where the leak is, but i cant find a diagram to tell me what this part is, the hose isnt connected to Anything on one end and i dont know where it goes.
