a/c fan

Hello Guys,
I got a 1991 legend with 8700 miles on it. I just notice today, when i turned on my a/c, The a/c fan turns on and off, is it s a sensor? please help.

Could be the fan timer unit or the fan control unit-

Thanks for the quick reply rasmataz. Late yesterday, I disconnected the triple pressure switch and waited for 10 mins and connected it back. Its running fine right now. Can you tell me when would i find the fan control unit? and when i do find it, what do i need to check for.

thank you, fan control unit fix.

Need your expertise please. When i turned on a/c, i hear the a/c clutch engaged but air not cold. i would say maybe 70deg or little higher. The car is already been converted to R134a. why is not blowing really cold air?

Could be still low in freon and also the air blend door might not be opening fully in the cold position

I went ahead and researched air blend door of my car and no such luck finding location. Im sorry, but to tell you the truth. I am not much a car guy. So please need your help. Can you tell me when is this air blend door and let me know please what to check for. I tired going to acuralegend.com forum and i have no luck with other posting regards on air blend. thank you so much

It is also known as air mix and is controlled by the air mix control motor.

Refer to diagram for location.

Ensure the motor is working correctly and pulling or pushing the blend doors to the desired position.
