I havent look at your wiring, yet. Do you have a high-mount brake lite on this? Check voltage to and from brake switch. The brake switch is activated by brake pedal arm.

Just to add, there is a stop lamp fuse in fuse box, lower left side of dash. Not only check the fuse, check for voltage at the fuse circuit.
