1995 Cadillac Turns over really slow but won't start

My 1995 Cadillac turns over slow and won't start has a good battery and have checked the starter and it's good. Tried jump starting it and it still won't start. Anyone have a idea what's wrong?

check ground to eng/ battery and ground from battery to bodyk picture posted is for a 4.9L as you did not give engine size and make sure battery terminals are clean and free of corrosion

make sure battery reads at least 12.4 volts with a digital volt meter. it should be tested for condition including load test most places do for free.
