Take the door panel off, there should be about eight screws holding it on in various places. Loosen the screw holding the plastic plate on the interior, directly behind where the mirror mounts to the door, and pull the panel off. Pull back the plastic weatherproofing plastic and pull the sound deadening foam out from behind th mirror to expose its three retaining nuts. Remove those three nuts, reach inside the door and unclip the cable from the door frame and unscrew the adjuster **** from the armrest on the door. Reverse all of the steps to install the new mirror.
