I replaced emergency cables shoes and springs on 98 Chevy 2500 extended cab dually with free floating rear end and while bleeding brakes I heard a familiar sound of a brake line leaking but there wasn't one what was happening that I've never heard of before that every time the brake pedal was stepped on you could hear air and fluid but the odd part is it was coming from the power steering pump and when I took off the cap fluid started seeping out because air was getting in there when you step on the brake how is that possible.
