why is my flywheel rubbing on the back of the engine? I just changed the transmission everything went in fine but I don't know what may be causing this problem I would greatly appreciate it if you can help me out

Did you remove the flywheel during your transmission work? If so, suspect that it is installed backwards.

If not, suspect that it is bent. Rotate the engine using a socket and ratchet on the front crankshaft pulley bolt. you are checking for the engine feeling loose [easy to turn] followed by it being hard to turn; this would indicate a bent flywheel. Keep in kind that it will get a little easier as the piston(s) go on the power, intake and exhaust strokes.
