cooling fan comes on after engine warms up

I own a 2000 jugar s-type, just installed new radiator. Car does not overheat but the cooling fan comes on after engine warms up. Could I have a bad radiator fan relay or is it the fan cooling relay?Thank you

4 door 3.0 ltr, 6cyl

Yes this is normal the cooling fans will come on once the engine is warmed up.
