2001 Chevrolet Tracker rear wheel cylinder failing

replaced with all new stuff .and it keeps blowing right rear wheel cylinder. its like pressure is to high or something

check for worn brake shoes should be .125 thick or close to it or a worn out brake drum 8,74" max. if not that check for broken springs or shoes not returning to original position.

Everything is brand new pads spring drums and there adjusted

When you push pedal down it pops out wheel cylinder. Or if you pull parking brake lever

t sounds like it's not adjusted correctly or what I've said in previous reply o rmaybe the shoes are installed incorrectly could also be wrong shoes as well.

Everything is installed correctly and brand new. Could it be the lspv. Proportioning valve

absolutely not it cold be a blockage in line to other side but not proportioning valve. recheck installation and make sure all springs and clips are hooked up correctly and brake shoes are seated correctly into slots so they can 't slip out.see pic. make sure spring holding two shoes to cylinder is not broken or weak.
