Make sure the coolant is full. Check to make sure there are no air blocks in the system. Make sure the engine is running at a normal operating temp. With the engine hot, running, and the heater on, feel both heater core hoses. If both are hot, check and repair blend air door. If only one is hot, flush the heater core.
