Got a 01 auora with a misfire i've changed.spark plugs and the spark plug boots. And also the coil packs and still get the same code PO301.I'm at wits end with the car I would love to fix the car and get it out my hair

I would probably do a fuel injector balance test next.

Can I test the fuel pressure to see if its that i've did a compression test and they all tested at 160 to 165 on all six cylinders.

Sure you can but I doubt that would cause a P0301 only.

You need a very accurate fuel pressure gauge and a professional bidirectional scan tool that has that test as a function.
