I have a Mazda Tribute that wont start on me I got alternator starter spark plug coils terminals and still the engine wont turn it shut off down on me on the highway herd a ticking sound on the right side then it just shut off on me.

so engine turns ok but dont start? have you determined if you have spark and fuel to engine?

engine will not turn over at all. it turn off on me while i was driving it and at the same time after i put it in park it will not shift gears on me

sounds like you have lost battery power. could be connections or a main fuse.
