Inside lights don't work, just during the day

Our inside lights to our speed,gas,ect. dont w0rk and during the day time they will come on like during the evening, you know what it could be?

The only thing I can think of is a bad multifunction switch, the switch which has the headlight switch in it.

Yeah and our brights went out so just the dims work. D0 i have to change the whole switch?
