May have been shifted into park at a higher speed than what's normal, horn is stuck on, will not turn all the way off, key is hard to pull out, will not start.

you are going to have to tell me a little bit more about what happen, if I understand you correctly, you put the vehicle in to park while it was rolling down the road is that correct?
