My keyless entry/ remote starter now works only on my trunk. What could the problem be?

My keyless entry remote has stopped working when it comes to locking and unlocking my doors, and starting the car. However, it still works to open my trunk.

And no, my check engine light is not on.

most likely bad remote. dealer can supply new 1.

you could rip apart and see if contacts are good? like on tv remote you repair by using electrical repair paint or aluminum foil discs made with hole punch.

Did this fix your problem? Have you checked the lock/unlock relays?
