Good morning,

Can you upload a video of the noise so I can hear what you hear?

Do you have gauges to give me the high and low side readings at idle?

How much oil did you add to the compressor before installing it to the truck?

Often a humming/buzzing noise can be caused by overfilling the A/C system (too much refrigerant in the system). A refrigerant recovery system (machine) has to be used to evacuate the A/C system (without polluting the atmosphere) in order to remove some of the refrigerant and them restore the A/C system to its proper oil and refrigerant levels.

If I read your post correctly, you replaced the compressor. Is that correct?
If not, compressor humming noise could signify internal compressor problems which would require a new compressor.
