1998 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

when I weigh on the gas pedal for the first time the pedal is hard, feeling locking when I push on it, gas come late .I think this is fuel pump, because I put a new engine and before I change the engine, I have same problem , but just the first time I push the pedal gas now I have the problem all time .Help me please.

I have seen many honda's have actual throttle body issues just like this. The throttle plate is actually rubbing against the bore of the body. Check to make sure this is your issue. If so, replace the throttle body.
