Buick Lucerne Grounding Locations?

I suspect I have a finicky ground that is causing various electrical issues with the dashboard, air conditioning, and other systems. I looked around for grounds, but I only found one, and even then I’m not certain. I googled around for a location diagram but couldn’t find anything. I’m not too sure where to look to find this issue. Can you assist?

Hello, yes we can help you out with that. What exactly is flickering on the dash? Instrument Cluster, Radio, Heating controls?

Im going to post the Power and Ground Distribution wiring diagrams to start with and we can go on from there. Something you can do real quick, is if you have a 12volt automotive test light, see if you can find any fuses under the dash that are flickering like that, if you find one fuse thats is the cause it will give us further direction as to what circuit is the cause.
