My friend has a 1990 Buick Skylark. The Timing belt/chain broke and we were wondering if the valves can be warped because of the timing chain breaking?

HI there, as this is a chain drive engine, reading the text on Mitchell one it appears that valve damage will happen with a failed chain, i would contact a dealer just to confirm this diagnosis.
