1996 Cadillac Seville Cruse Control & Turn Signal

My cruse control works sometime but not at all times. The right turn signal does not light all of the rear bulbs yet all of the bulbs are good. Two of the bulbs light when the turn signal is activated but flash at a slow rate compared to the left turn signal. It also, about 30%, does not work.[/quote:2c4ade08d1]

as far as the turn signals go its either a wrong bulb a bad ground, the cruise is in the sterring wheel right?

Yes the cruse is located on the steering column
