1998 Chevy Astro power seat fuse

exactly where is the power seat fuse or relay located
also does the power seat recieve a staight 12 volts from the battery

My info shows, the orange wire to the power seat, to be hot all the time. The voltage for that circuit comes from pwr accy circuit breaker 30 amp, in the instrument panel fuse box. The voltage to the circuit breaker comes from Batt maxi fuse 50 amp, that should be in the power distribution center under the hood.
