Brakes problem
1981 Chevy Camaro V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I replaced the shoes on my car, the rr side the cylinder fell apart. I put it back together ( all Seemed to be in good shape). Once the brakes were completed I started to bleed the system because of the cylinder. Now I can not seem remove the air.
After trying with an assistant on the brake peddle for at least 20 pumps of the brakes I still get lots of air. I checked for leaks and eveything seems good
Any ideas?
Also the combination valve has a pin on one side that I read needs to be pushed in before bleeding. My pin is currently flush with the body and will not move in.
In the normal state is this pin to be flush or out somewhat?
