1994 Chevy Corsica won't go into gear until warm

my tranny won't engage until the car has run about 15 min. The shifter moves through every gear, just doesn't move. This happens whenever the car has been sitting more than an hour. We have replaced the fluid and filter. Thank you

It sounds like the O-rings are dried and cracked. The other techs will probably slam me for this but it works. Put one Tsp. of brake fluid in the tranny and drive it. This should fixit.
