What to include when changing 2002 4Runner timing belt

Is it advisable to replace the water pump, tensioners, seals, or just the
drive belts for a 2002 4Runner- 6cyl.,2wheel drive when doing the 90k
timing belt service? Would any of the above be good preventative
maintenance or should I wait till 180k?[list:9950eb2ace] :D [/list:u:9950eb2ace]

an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. don't forget the thermostat while your in there.
