1993 Chevy Lumina No spark cylinder 4

I recently moved from 6000 feet elevation to sea level. My car ran fine for about two weeks, then suddenly lost power. I tested for spark on cylinders 2,4, and 6 (the front three), and discovered there was no spark on cylinder 4. I swapped the plug and wire with no effect, so I replaced that coil. My next guess is the Ignition Control Module. Is there any way to test it before I replace it? any other suggestions?

Check compression on cylinder #4. If none or low, you may have a headgasket problem, broken/bent pushrod/collapsed lifter.

Generally the ign. module will affect all cylinders not just one.

When you relocate to sea level it is also a good idea to disconnect the neg. battery cable for a minute. This will let the ECM learn the new air pressure and richen up the fuel mixture.
