I was told that it could be several things. The squeaks are small and intermittent, and get louder when I hit bigger bumps. It also squeaks and creaks at slow speeds (such as when I am pulling into my driveway). Could it be struts? Springs?

Thanks

I doube the struts are making the noise. However, it could be the rubber they are mounted in. Also, check to make sure the sway bar bushings are not dried out and causing a noise. I will usually spray all rubber parts down (one at a time) with a libericant like WD 40 to see if and when the sound goes away.

I have an oil change appointment in a couple days, is your suggestion easily accomplished, or are they going to need a while?

It is easy, and should take about 2 minutes.

They lubed the bushings in the rear and it's still squeaking. Are there bushings in the front? Why couldn't it be the struts?

I am at a loss without having to take it to a garage and have them tear it apart to see what it is.........

Yes there are bushng in the front. As far as the struts, they normally don't squeak. When they go bad, normally they just get soft over bumps or will allow the car to continue bouncing.
