Service engine soon light?

I had an oil low light come on. I changed the oil pressure sensor and the spark pugs while I was at it. I drove the truck again the service engine soon light comes on. The truck runs hard now I get the codes read P0014 Cam sensor I changed the sensor and P1345 ignition system misfire what do I do now??? The light is still on and the oil gauge still drops once in a while. I am lost now...Yes, I gapped the plugs correctly and started the motor and removed each electrical lead off the plugs one at a time to see if I had a bad plug, and the oil I used was Moble 1. the truck still runs hard and oil light comes on when at idle sometimes..

I am hoping that the low oil pressure light and these codes are not related. If they are then most likely you have metal floating around the engine oil system and it is getting caught in the phasers. However, let's run through this testing and see what we turn up.

From the description it sounds like at least two issues, both likely stemming from the same cause, namely the lack of oil pressure. The first test would be to put a mechanical oil pressure gauge on it to see what the pressure actually is. However the final repair is likely going to be replacing the oil pump and probably the bearings for excess wear in all those parts which are reducing the oil pressure. That lower oil pressure is also responsible for the cam timing shifting and causing the cam sensor code and the misfire code as well because the cam position is causing leaks around some of the valves.
