my truck does not have a plug for the electronic spark control module,what do i do

not sure what you're talking about. are you trying to set the ignition timing? which v8?

ESC is a senser ,most chevy pickups have this senser,my truck does not have a plug on the harness to put this senser on,i was just wondering if i was gonna have any trouble,This was a v6 but i put a 350 in .

my book doesn't show an esc for the 4.3 or the 5.7. i'm guessing it stands for electronic spark control????

yes it does stand for Electronic Spark Control i guess 93 did not have it,,what would make these trouble codes come up 58, 66, 67, 81, 82, seems like alot of codes for the transmission to be pullin up,,could it be the transmission is low of fluid are a short are loose conection are bad ground are what do you think ,the fluid is low right now but i dont think that would cause all of thease codes to come up,thinks for helping ..

i don't have those codes on my chart and i'm not familiar with them so i can't help you there. anytime you do a motor swap you risk having problems. the next thing i would do is follow the wiring diagrams and compare differences of the 4.3 vs. the 5.7. let me know how you do. if i have time i'll take a look also.
