Coolent leak

I have a 1994 Chevy 2500 4 wheel drive truck with a 6.5 Turbo Deisel with 113,000 miles. It is leaking coolent some where around the water pump BUT only when I fill the over flow bottle.It only leaks out what I put in the bottle. It does not leak any other time. I only see 1 tube from the bottle to the radiator. Any ideas?

What I do with a situation like that is have an assistant slowly add coolant, while I use good lighting and small mirrors if needbe to get in and find the source.
