could you please help me out on how to install a new belt and the right tiiming marks for the 2.5 v6 thanks

Did belt break while engine was running? if so this is an interefence engine and valves will be bent. On this site under Popular Sites find T belt diagrams.

water pump went out one of my guys from my car club helped me replace it. we replaced the belt but didnt come to mind that the timing marks are off. so it did to some damage as we cranked the car over all that is fixed now.
