I HAVE NO BRAKES AND BEFORE THE BRAKES WERE GONE I WAS HEARING A LOUD SCRAPING NOISE. MY ANTI LOCK BRAKES DOES NOT WORK EITHER. I ALSO HAVE PUT BRAKE FLUID IN THERE BECAUSE IT LOOKS AS IF IT IS RUNNING OUT SOME KIND OF WAY.

The screaching was most likely the shoes or pad are bad and you were hearing a metal to metal sound. As far as the brake fluid, can you see any wet spots where you park or on the backs of the tires...

Finally, when you push the brake pedal, does it go to the floor?
