Brake pedal goes to the floor and the car will not stop, ABS and brake light on in the dash. fluid okay, fuse okay.

We need to start with scanning for codes and find out possible causes. Here is a guide that will help with this:

Also, the most likely cause is a master cylinder issue so here is the info needed for this.
