Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Dodge Ram Four Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles
First off have a 99 ram 2500 v10 the scroll down wouldn't let me select catagories. So bout a week a engine started to make and slacking noise more of a higher pitch like two ball ping hammers sounds toward top of engine not sure what it may be. Also I already have put inn synthitic oil and slick 50 twice and engine cleaner gum out or somethin and 2 fuel treatments noise is not as loud but still present. Lifter bearings or other please help
