2003 Dodge Truck Brake Rotor Removal

How can I get the rotor off the wheel hub. I have beat it several times with a hammer and it is not coming loose. Any ideas???

if brake calipers are removed then it is ready to come off. just beat in between lugs with a rubber mallet to loosen it. it will eventually come off
