2000 Ford Expedition removing front rotors

I cannot remove my front rotors off of my expedition. I've tried penentrant spray, a hammer and a mallet. Any suggestions?

If your truck is 4 wheel drive then they should come off. So you may want to start hitting harder to get the rotors off and sand down the hub of any rust.

i just replaced the rotors on my '97 expedition..had to cut them off with a wizzer wheel.. gl
