Can you describe and tell me what exactly mass air is on a f150 and if i have it or not if my i have two air intake tubes that cross over to the box behind the windshield wipere fluid and coolant overflow resivor?

There is a 99% chance you do not have a mass air system. Ford didn't put mass air in until they switched to OBDII emissions system in 1996, maybe... maybe some late 1995 models have it, but that's highly unlikely. I believe the models that do have mass air have only one intake tube from the airbox to the upper plenum.
