1997 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

can you tell me if its possible to put another rubber boot on my lower ball joint without taking everything apart.can i loosen the nut and split the boot and slide it on .and maybe seal it up .and if so what should i use to seal the seam of the boot .thanks

You will be wasting your time trying to do that. I don't think there is any adhesive that will hold the rubber together. Best bet is to disassemble and install full boot.
