I have been haveing my motor and auto transmission
oil changed at a quick change place. I noticed that they do not remove the driain plug from either location. After some thought on the subject I don't think I will return. Am I wrong?

Hello,

To begin with how often are you having your Tranny Fluid changed. It is probably not recommended for another 35k or so miles. And most Transmissions do not have a Drain Plug. You remove the Tranny Pan to drain.

Now, the Oil - If you feel that the oil isn't being change all you have to do is pull the dip stick and the oil should be a clear carmel. Unless you have driven it for a few days or more, then it should be kinda see through gray.

If you would like to change your own oil and filter check out the link below.....
