location of obd II connector

Could you please tell me the location of the obdII connector on a '96 Ranger P.U. Thank you

All OBDII connectors are on the drivers side under the dash, on Fords usually on the gas pedal side! Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Thank you for your answer, But I still can't find the connector. It's not on either side of the steering wheel.
I have come across the flasher relay, but not the OBD II connector. Is it tucked in under the dash or is it mounted somewhere? Victor1244

Okay if you look at the hood release look about an inch to your left you will see a cover same color as the dash remove that cover and its right there

obd 1 connector is under the hood, left side.
