Hearing popping when driving and when I slow down

So when I'm taking off you hear like a clinging noise then it starts popping and you can feel it in the gas pedal every time it pops. it gets louder when I start to slow down but only makes noise when car is moving.

Hello,

Sounds like it could be a CV joint going bad. Does the sound change when taking a corner or increase in frequency with speed? Something could be stuck in your wheel also. Take a peak at the axle leading to the rear of the tire and look to see if the rubber boot is ripped and if you can grab it see if it moves.
Can you take a video of it?
