Heated and cooled seats not working

When pushing the buttons on the touch screen no lights come on under the seat icon for heated and cooled, however the heated steering wheel still works?

Hello,

It sounds like you need to check fuse #28 that power the heated and cooling seats. Here is a wiring diagram so you can see how the system works and a guide to help check the fuses:
