my car is currently ailing up when in park. but when I am driving it is not ailing, it acts as if it wants to kill or stop. As i am at the red light, it starts a shaking motion. I was told a need a speed throttle. any suggestions?

Are you trying to say that the engine is idling up and down or surging when not in motion or the accelerator is being touched?

If so, first check the coolant level in the cooling system. Try bleeding it of air. Then check for a vacuum leak.
