My wife came home and the front brakes on the car where almost on fire yesterday. I changed both front calipers, rotors and all the rubber hoses front and back. Now I can't seem to bleed the brakes. I think it is something with the ABS but don't know for sure. How can I check this? The ABS light comes on at the start of the car but then goes out so I think that means the system checks "OK".

Are you bleeding them manually? if so you should only do half pushes on the brake pedal, instead of pushing the pedal all the way to your floor as i know this can damage the diaphram or some seal in the master cylinder, which means it wont be pushing the fluid through. It also takes a while for the fluid to get through when you replace the callipers
