Humming noise by tire

That's the classic symptom of a noisy wheel bearing. There's two ways to verify that. One is to run the engine in gear on a hoist, then listen next to each one with a stethoscope. One will be much louder than the other one. Another way is to jack that tire off the ground, reach over the tire, wrap your fingertips lightly around the coil spring, then rotate the wheel by hand. You'll feel the vibration in the spring.

Be aware it is real common for the sound to seem like it's coming from one side but it's the bearing on the other side that's responsible. The noise can travel and trick us.
