Heating system

I have a 99 sonata,230 kms. The blower motor works at all speeds but there is no air flow out any of the ducts either on heat or a/c. All the fuses are ok.
Could it be the cabin air filter or should i start taking apart the dash to diagnose.

Hello !!
start checking the cabin filter if good then check the duct vents and diverters for proper operation.. could be a "stuck" diverter.
