Location of camshaft position sensor

camshaft position sensor code poo17. is this a sensor issue only and if so which one? where is location?

That fault code refers to "crankshaft position sensor and exhaust camshaft position sensor correlation", meaning the sensors' signals are not showing up at the right time. That is detected through properly-working sensors.
