Low A/C cooling

My A/C system is blowing very low cooling effect at hot weather so I switch it off.sometimes no any cooling. while in lower hot temperature it work a bit well.the last car repair shop showed :high side:17.5bar
Low side : 4.3 bar
After doing system recovery it work very good but no longer than many minutes it comeback bad again.

Good afternoon,

Looks like your system is overcharged.

The high side should be 2 times ambient temp plus 15%

The low side should be 25-30 lbs. That is around 2 bar. Looks like you need to replace the expansion valve and the dryer, evacuate the system and charge it up.

The issue is the heater case has to be removed to access the expansion valve. The valve is on the end of the evaporator core itself. The second picture shows its location.
