1990 Nissan Sentra is it worth putting more money into ?

1990 Nissan Sentra Manual

I bought this car for 700 So far I have spent 500 more on an altanator. once agian it is in the shop I'm told I need a new clutch and a thermastat which adds up to another 800. Should I have the repairs done or should i cutt my losses and try traden it ?

In my opinion, it is better if you trade it off. Yes you got it for a lesser price but you will soon realize that if only you have saved up all the money that you use for repair you could have bought a better car. You might want to consider buying a newer model than 1990. Save for a newer car and benefit later.
